Hi! I can not browse the customer review survey. However, in my own words the customer service deserves a true compliment to both the Health Insurance process and Life Insurance process. There we're two office staff which dealt with both policies. They we're extremely on top of the application process. And, especially to the life insurance policy which had a lot of back and fourth until it was finalized. Thank you!
Mark and his team are the best in the business. Very creative in providing affordable coverage with OUTSTANDING customer service. Endless patience responding to all questions upon renewal, as well as great service throughout the term of the policy assisting with payment processing etc. Been with them for years now.
